Pleuger Water Solutions has been awarded by dredging company Boskalis to overhaul four jet-pumps, 537m3/hr @ 109 mwc, and two submersible motors, each 230kW and 3000V/ 60 Hz. The challenge was to overhaul these existing pumps and submersible motors, which were stored in a tropical climate, in only 6 weeks, for application in the project SUBTRENCH 6. Last week the submersible motors and the pumps have been tested at our test bench in Eindhoven. Boskalis is satisfied about the realization of the total order within the agreed term.
